This is a tutorial on how to program all lost keys to Toyota C-HR 2020 with Lonsdor K518ISE and Lonsdor FT02-PH0440B smart key.

Devices required:

Lonsdor K518ISE

Lonsdor FT02-PH0440B

Lonsdor Toyota AKL license

Steps:

Connect Lonsdor K518ISE to vehicle via OBD

Select Special Functions -> Key Settings -> FT Smart Key -> 8A -> Generate Smart Key.

This function requires network connection

Insert PH0440B smart key into K518 card slot.

The key must have a battery installed

Select PKE frequency: 433MHz

(This is an EU model, it should select 434MHz frequency, but failed to collect data, 433MHz works fine)

Take all keys out of the car, press the start button, hold the H0440B smart key close to the button, wait 10 seconds until the light on the key flashes. If the light does not flash, press the start button again.

Read vehicle data

Then put the data collected PH0440B smart key back into the K518 card slot to start generating the key

Generate smart key successfully.

Test the new key. It's working.
