So, today's main dish is freshly picked goya chanpuru!
I'm sorry that I always say the same thing, but...freshly picked goya is bitter, but there's something refreshing about the bitterness!
The ham I bought for my roommate's lunch sandwiches had turned a bit baccarat-like, so I marinated it with vegetables.
I added thin slices of a backyard lemon that I was given, which gave it a light and refreshing finish.
